How to Manually archive Outlook Emails

For Manual Archiving,please follow the steps

Step 1

Go to file > Archive

Step 2

Select “Archive this folder and all subfolders”

Enter the date to archive items.

Check ” Include Items with “Do not Autoarchive” Checked.

Select the pst file you want to archive.

Press Ok.
