Linux Command cp -Rf is still asking for Overwrite confirmation

it was strange while i tried to copy files from one directory to another recursively , even i supplied cp -Rf it is still asking for confirmation

]# cp  -Rf * ./myfolder ( files are there in myfolder)

this happened a linux default alias

by default fedora has an alias cp =’cp -i’ (interactive)

Simply unalias cp and Proceed

]#unalias cp

Done

Now you may copy Files Forced from Confirmation
