Even if this is not advisable, some times this login screen really frustrating those who use their machines and it prompts their simple passwords each time they switch on the machine
To byepass this screen foloow these simple steps
Goto Start >> Run and Provide this on prompt
control userpasswords2
Uncheck the check box User must enter name and password to use this computer
Reboot Computer
Computer will no longer ask for login
