Windows XP mp3 Alarm

Here is a cool technique to create your own alarm with Windows XP with out going for a separate third party alarm clock software, all you need is

1. a good mp3 player, (preferably winamp)

2. an mp3 file ( to play as alarm tone)

first goto Accessories >> System Tools >> Scheduled Task

click on Add Scheduled Task

Now Select an mp3 file from Browse button

Press Next >>

Select Name of this task say MyMp3Alarm

now select date and time ( alarm time)

Press next and Enter use name and password

Finish the wizard

your mp3 alarm ready , and it will play at the time you set
