you may be a victim of software counterfeiting

While using non licensed copy of windows or i f OEM installed ,

this can be resolved pretty easy

you can end this by killing process

wgatray.exe.

but it will come after restart to remove completely u need to work registry

also del the same file from

system 32 \wgalogon.dll

and

dllcache folder

then search notify key in registry and remove It

In details

Goto Regedit.exe

goto key

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE >Microsoft >Windows NT >CurrentVersion > Winlogon >Notify

• Value here will be “wgalogon” del it  remind to del  wgatray.exe
